Aberdeenshire Council wants Buchan Railway 2 lines re-opening considered

The Buchan Railway was closed in the 1960's although not formally until 1979. Now Aberdeen County Council want transport people to have a look at re-opening this line. It ran north from Aberdeen then split at Ellon Junction woth one line to Peterhead and the other to Fraserburgh. Their plan is to have both due to demographihic changes and commuter changes.
