Abandoned Singer Mfg brick factory: suggestions please

Hello all!

I'm in the process of building a prototypical road on the southern shore of Quebec (Canada). One of my many challenges is finding factory parts to build the abandoned Singer Sewing Machine Mfg (torn down last month).

Any suggestions of what buildings available for TS I could assemble to resemble this one?

PS I've managed to snag of an old 1950 rail layout plan of the factory and reproduced it :)

Look on the DLS for Sugar Cane Mill. Some of the buildings look similar to these. You can "Cobble" them together too make up the mill complex.

I've done this is in a few places on my current route in progress to represent various textile mills, which are very dominant where I live in New England.
