A "well done" to the help desk

My first message to the help desk was purged with a lot of others so I posted that I needed admin help, Tony replied saying to resubmit the request, so I did night before last as in after business hours, when checking my email today I received one from the help desk saying my problem had been rectified :D

I thought that they should receive a pat on the back for being prompt to offset all the flack they have been getting lately.

So if I have unanswered messages with a lock symbol, do I just wait or were they closed and I should ask again? Except for 2 items, everything else I ever sent to Helpdesk always gets resolved.

Tony Hilliam did say a while back that all queries should be resubmitted to the hepldesk.
