A salute to Veterans

This is Memorial Day Weekend here in the US, a time to honor those who have made the Supreme Sacrifice. I always extend it to those who have served their country or community, no matter where it is, in any uniformed service, be it military, police, fire or emt/medical. A US Army Veteran myself, I salute you all. Please feel free to check in here if you served, no matter where it may have been.

My dad is a retired major in the Army.

US air Force, 1966 - 1975, Official Air Force Photographer. Three years in Thailand during Viet Nam "conflict", three years in Pentagon Air Force Film Library, various tours at other bases.

Very proud to be a Veteran.

I forgot to note, my Army time was 1978-84, Fort Hood, TX and Fort Monmouth, NJ.
