A new panel under "Maintenance of Way" needed.

I am seeing many more threads that address problems/comments/content for T:ANE appearing in general panels. I think it is high time to create a T:ANE panel down (and above) the TS2012 panel in Maintenance of Way. That way, all the threads that have to do with T"ANE can be put there.

I am sure it eventually will be moved there. Till that time it is above the general chat and I have been moving a lot of posts there.

Moving the TANE forum down to Maintenance of Way will probably not change much though; Loads of people don't seem to bother to post in the right area anyway (or are not sure about it). Notice the large amount of posts I have been moving to TANE, TS12, Content Creation Support and JR forums.

I guess that it eventually will get put there. I don't have it, don't plan to buy it, so avoiding posts concerning it is difficult.
