A modern Depot

Hi guys,
I'm looking for a modern depot building, something like the new tram depot at Starr Gate In Blackpool but maybe a bit smaller.... http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2418906

Does anybody know of anything suitable?

I am going to join a queue behind 507001. Whilst working on my build of Ulster's NIR system there is to be a new train facility at the former Adelaide Goods Yard. I have an impression of the new train shed which is ultra modern so will in time need to go back to that bit of Belfast and take out all the tracking and put a new shed in. I hope 507001 you are successful!
