This is what these people make a living doing.

But you have to hand it to them, they are honestly truthful at the expense of exposing their sensationalist journalism:

Cincinnati Enquirer "Chlorine has never (caused) a serious accident on it's way through the region."

I'm more concerned about how hazmat is handled(i.e. placement in the train, restrictions on train speed, quality of rights of way, local hazmat incident training, public awareness), rather than public awareness alone.

i love how people buy a house close to a railroad track then complain about trains. then throw stuff at you potentially knocking you out as you carry the stuff they worry about close to there home. my 2 cents
