500th POST

Well I've made my last post my 500post. But I had found that out just after I made it.

This post is my 501 post.

I can't believe that I had made 500 posts in 4 years.

YAY ME.

But I haver could have done it if you weren't here to help.

Yeah. Do you have a job? That could be quite time consuming.

Congrats Ben. When the old forums were still running, I had close to 10,000 posts....some of them worthwhile! Post counting was frowned upon in the ensuing years and those with high post counts were demonized. Don't be surprised if not everyone is thrilled to read your thread.

I rack up about 1/4 the posts I used to then but still spend about the same amount of time on the forum.

The pot of gold at the end of the post count is gone now.

I only did that because I thought that the forum would do much better without me at the time. And I think that I was right.

I only came back once I had calmed down and I had learnt from my huge mistake and had matured sense then and I do regret my attitude in the old forums and making people leave my side.

Now I think that there are a lot of BIG apology presents that I'm getting ready that will say that I'm sorry.

Do you think that we could discuss this in the coming back thread?

I don't think anyone much cares anymore, and after the old forums went ka-blooie; it would be a hollow victory anyway. I'll always remember it as Drew posting the most, then Ish, followed by yours truly.

I think people are missing the point here ... back in the old forum it was something friendly and fun for us mega posters ... I mean, seriously, we were really contributing to the forum .... it was not just hahaha just to gain a post ... not all of the time of course ....

It's a hollow victory .... and it's why you, Drew and me are all on the same page in that we don't go forward with it anymore ... However, I know that you, me, Drew and those that were on top, at least, still recalled good-old memories from that time!!
