In a sentence, no, I do not believe anyone has released any 40ft Well cars. They're however not too difficult to imagine with the 53 footers for the time being. The containers would be the biggest change, and so long as you limit yourself to generic containers when you load, it should be an appropriate stand-in for the time being.
I would also point out it might be best to give people a chance to answer, less then 2 & a half hours is barely anything to most people on forums. This is meant as a courteous observation only. Exuberance is fine, but it can be easy to let it run wild and you'll drive people away with it if you're not careful (Something I'm trying to help you avoid, you strike me as the innocent sort, but ignorance of this sort of thing can still bother or hurt other people).
