Do I need to have upgraded to SP2 to be able to load Trainz 2010 as I haven't been able to do this even with help desk advise. No point getting it if it not going to work.:'(

SP2 is only for ts2009! 2010 is a whole new application. You do not need any other version fo trainz installed!

Just to be pedantic, there are also SP2's for TRS2004 and Windows XP, and it's likely that in due course there will be an SP2 for TS2010EE.

But yes, according to all Auran's official announcements you won't need to have TS2009WBE at all in order to fully use TS2010EE.

Thanks for that , just need to saqve some pennies. Another question, will there be any Australian layouts and what are they?

I don't remember the names but at least 2 come with TS2009 so will likely be in TS2010.
