2 Quick Questions about Trainz 12

Two quick questions I have about trainz 12. 1: Will it be available in stores such as best buy? Would be easier just to run down to the local mall and pick it up there then to wait for it to be shipped over.

2: It says on the Auran website "delivered from: April 27th 2011" is this when the box will be available for purchase?

I lost my copy of '06 :'( and I gave up on finding it with the intentions of buying the new Trainz when it was released. I have the money set aside for it and everything. Just gotta play the waiting game now.

p.s. if anyone knows where to get an E44 (or even an E33) please let me know! I wanna run them up and down the new NEC route

It will be MUCH quicker just to buy the Digital Download right now. If earlier versions are a guide, it won't show at retail outlets for almost a year if not more. Sleazy outfits like Steam might come out with their butchered version in a few months...

...versus 3 weeks for the boxed version or 3 minutes for the Digital Download if you buy straight from Auran!

ETA: Nope, no U.S. E-44 that I could find. Plenty of good GG-1s though...

Ah ok, thanks for the info. I still would prefer a boxed copy though, digital downloads never worked very well for me. I dont mind waiting for a little while so it shouldnt be a problem.

Yeah, I went ahead with the boxed version of TS2012 too. Even though Auran has got good game with the digital download thing, I do like a physical product. Also, even though it probably hasn't changed much from TS2010, you get that little color manual with the boxed edition.

It's the little things...
