1960's Traffic TC3

In TC3 on the skipton- carsile route there is 1960's traffic vehicles on the road.
how do i make these traffic vehicles apper in other routes (my own routes)?

By using the same "region"-file for your route as the ones used for the S&C routes of TC3.

Another solution is to create your own "region" and fill it with the cars you like, and or add a list of vehicles to the config of the road spline you use. There are topics here on the forum that explain thoroughly how to do that.

i have already changed the region and year in the config.txt but it hasnt worked

Did you delete the assets.tdx file so trainz rebuilds the new information?
