    Hi there, Not new! When this happens -maybe a memory or database issue- the best thing you can do is "Open for edit" the asset (or "Open in Explorer") and then "Submit changes" even though no change has been made at all. Then, shut down Trainz and CM and restart. Hope it helps. The not so...
