I have done everything I can think of : 1, I uninstalled trainz2010 2. I installed sp3 they said I didn't need 1 and 2 I still get the message "trainz has quit working" what's the deal?:'(

Now when I launch trainz 2010 all I get is a small tab that displays the build number nothing else. What do y'all think I should do?
