    I can't creat a new asset!Please help me.

    I have just created a step in 3dmax2010.And I output it as a "im" file.When I opened the CCP to edit it.When CCP loaded these files,I looked a error message"Unable to load the index mesh".I didn't kown what happened on my TRS.I've never met this situation. Can anybody help me?
