Is there an alternative to CMP? Because CMP isn't working with the content I want to put in the game...

I'm trying to download CDPs from this site: http://www.magandy.net/thomas_the_tank_engine.htm, but they are not installing. It just says 'IDLE' in the download box, and when I click start, they do not start. How can I get them to install?
