    Thank you! I use Blender for mesh modeling and various Adobe softwares for materials and graphics. The station sign text for example is traced in Illustrator and made into an alpha texture for use in Substance Painter or Designer. I also use Substance Sampler to create photo scanned materials.

    No. It's a scenery object. Search for 'sky' or 'hdri' in your content browser in surveyor. It's basically a giant dome with an image of a sky. Place it like you would any other scenery object.     That's basically LOD level transitions, but I think the density parameter in the TurfX/scatter layer settings affects when the LOD transitions occur. You can tweak that and you should be able to control to some degree how far out the transitions occur, but they will go invisible at some distance...
