I want to make an external backup of my TS2009 CM content data base. What files do I backup - filename(s) and location?

For several days now, it seems that Download Helper is unable to download from the DLS. It just keeps retrying and retrying. There has also been problems downloading using FTP lately but today it works. Oh, BTW, I have a First Class Ticket.
