Need help !! How do I change the sign on my route Iam building from Lets say "Junction 225 " to "Coal Mine Spur". I can not find anything about how to do this. It is the lettering over the switches. Thanks for the help.

I am building a route in surveyor and I would like to delete a couple of baseboards I put in. It does not look right . I can not find how to do it .I want to delete the entire baseboard. Thanks for the help.
