Is it possible to merge another HOG generated ground-elevation map within an existing session? Basically, I've reached the outer limits of the board I'm currently working on, and would like to continue my line into another area...

According to wewain's terrain mod tutorial, HOG produced .gnd files were formerly placed in C:/Program Files/Auran/......./World/Custom/maps/ folder, which doesn't seem to exist in 2012. What is the save location for .gnd files?
