I see some assets are red, so I click view errors and I see Header read error: 0 on asset id .tzarc. What is this mean?

for the C44-9W NS Horsehead, it was free on a site, I would have to purchase it to get the cab shell

I get hard lag when I place or delete trains. TRS22 runs fine with over 100 fps without placing or deleting anything.
