I can Drop a consist on the track but signal no go

I got the angle plate bridge 2 T to accept a signal ill keep working on it, just drag and drop to main route line

I can't even get airport 43 line to to accept a signal

Hi all my NW SD-40 from control point sims is not working. in the consist its red listing and is asking for jointed rail train fx 1.34b and its not working and control point does not know what train fx 1.34b is can eny one help thanks.
