trainz has unfortunately, for several versions now, catered to the lowest common denominator for some reason. get ready for xbox-friendly content creation limitations!

seems like every release since (you can pick any version of the game here) focuses on halfway-adding features a minority of the community (if any) is asking for, then squishing about half the bugs that accompany those through SP/HF then marketing the next release and repeating.
