Hi!I know there is a rule named CPC emit trains for starting a Portal produce trains.But how tostop a Portal which is activated by CPC from producing trains?

I want to set the mode of the drivercommand Pathrule as wait for clearance at beginning of a session because the default mode is set and continue.I try to change it in surveyor,but when I drive it still is set and continue.How can I tackle this problem?
