I have been able to login to DLS but when i want to download or place it in the cart , I get this message: " unable to aquire write access to UserData folder." What is it and why do I get it?

I bought a 3 month download ticket. None of the items I downloaded came through. when I reinstalled trs2010 it still showed I had until 20 02 2011 now I ave nothing I had to change my user name what can I do, or am I just SOL?
