    Installed Duchess, but can't find it in routes

    Hello all, I purchased Duchess, downloaded the installer, ran it successfully without errors. I registered my Duchess serial on the website, but when TS12 launches, it does not find the route. How do I debug this ? Any tips about what I have done wrong ? Thanks! Shiva
