is there any where to go to get new tracks for trains 12

I,m new to this game and I,m finding it hard to download multiplayer games, which are in english, and installing them. Can anyone please explain to me in very easy terms how to do it. and does anyone know were I can get the english sessions from so I can go online with them.thanks if anyone can...
