Is anyone else having problems downloading the latest patch for TS2009 ?

Sorry if this has been answered but, I searched and couldn't find any info. Here is the question: When issuing a run around train command, my engines sometimes go through two or three signals before reversing?? Is this controlled by light ? If anyone has an answer it would be appreciated. Thanks.
