Just to let you guys know, N3V look to have updated the "message popup" session rule in Oct 2025. Updating the library asset - <kuid2:401543:1169> to version :8 looks to break all the sessions on Coal Country (and I assume a heap of other sessions too?). If you suddenly experience sessions not...

Been a while since I've posted, still quite active on Discord though. My current project focuses on 80mi of Soldier Summit, makes a nice change from Coal Country! Although you could definitely say this part of Utah is still very much coal rich.

Yeah like Piere said the HDT is N3Vs update to the original which I had very little to do with. Coal Country 2.0 is my latest release but is not HDT as I wanted it to be available to the majority of users :)

Seven years of Coal Country and I still manage to stall on the Peabody grade more often than not... Still love taking trains for a run over the route and nicer again now I have places to take them.

I've been adding a lot of the recently added DLS spline grass to the route. I think its really helped make the line feel a little less loved. Some feedback which I thought was fair was that the new 2.0 version has lost alot of the gloomy semi-abandoned feel the original had

Pretty weird, not heard of it before, is it the most recent update (probably a year old now at least). On big routes I've had it where it crashes, and had to drive a session through the route almost as if to load it all in slowly, have you tried that?
