I tried that, but without the actual kuid that is "location unknowm" open for edit a data base repair did nothing. : ( But I was able to recover all of the session by placing the backup tzarc in the local hash-00 folder , and not the most recently used folder.

After a quick update, a quick question...even with the most recent back-up it appears that 2-3 days build prior to the crash is still missing. So wondering if the Hash folder (or folders?) determines how recent the recovered files would be? How does one determine which is the correct Hash...

Ok quick update, took a risk and dropped the missing kuid 663389 100360 Bretagne tzarc from the backup into one one of the local hash folders and the kuid reappeared in the content manager, opened it for edit and then added the most recent tzarc, appears to have worked. Session is back! 🙏

Or another question, for a "location unknown" when there is folder in the backup folder how can that if possible be brought back into trainz if that is the only found copy of the session? Tried just putting it into the content manager but no go.

There's a new learning curve and lot of reading to catch up..I'm sure I'll get it eventually. Problems arise with...

So I just discovered on the Mac when double clicking on a route in the Content Manager it brings up a box "Asset Details-"Route"..and a "Reveal in Finder" button, so after clicking on that it opens an "editing" box listing a few "kuid" including the base route, do...

Ok...thanks....maybe I'm missing the forest through the trees. We have a fair amount of work ahead of us after updating from an old 2012 iMac and Mac Trainz 2010. This is all my sons work, I'm basically acting as the tech but I was able to import more than 10 years of route building, almost...

Hi Folks.....we have Trainz 2019 on a 2019 iMac and having a similar problem in reverting back to a previous save. When you say "edit folder" wondering if I'm getting it right, I'm taking the copied xxxxxxx.tzarc file from a pre crash date, and just dropping it into the Content folder but the...
