    Lower whole Layout

I know I read often of people doing that, so I know it can be done, but myself have no idea how. A lot has changed with the newer Trainz, so I'm not even sure if it's still possible. Hopefully someone will stop by who can help you/

    East Broad Top Route

I couldn't agree more... The mines to M.U. with the mines, tunnels and bridges will be a lot more interesting. I'm 67 and have been riding the tourist train longer then I can remember. First with my parents, then on my own as an adult. To be honest. I've riden it so many times, it falls into the...

Are there content creators who do not share their creations

If I have a physical layout in my basement and build a structure for it, that structure will be unique to my layout. There's nothing wrong with having the same mindset in the digital world. It does "get old" seeing some little station used over and over again, Especially if that station is...

How to post images in forums?

I always use imgbb, then chose bbcode , full linked, then just paste that link into your message field. After you do it once or twice, it's quick.

    Questions about '22

Thanks everyone. I think I'll just stay in '19. I just don't see it would be worth the jump. I can't believe they haven't revised those 10m dig holes. I rarely use cab mode, so I just drop a black plane in the portal and forget it.

    Questions about '22

I'm too old to learn new tricks, so the new surveyor is of no interest to me. It looks way too complicated and real life issues has my head in a tiolet swirl right now anyway. but I am interested in the small grid function. Is this ability a frame killer that needs to be used sparingly? Does it...

    Carrizo Gorge Narrow Gauge

I just thought I'd share a couple shots of a layout I've been playing with for the last year or so. It started life from the Hungry Horse trackplan and morphed into this, Carrizo Gorge Narrow Gauge Located deep in Southern Californa, near the Mexican border , the railroad provides services...

    Searching for 3ft Shorty

Well, I did clone the truck and renamed it unique to these cars. After a little fiddling with the coach down .2 and trucks up .2 seemed to hit the nail on the head! Thanks for the tip. "Teach a man to fish, and he can feed himself!" '][/URL]

    Searching for 3ft Shorty

Great! I'll have to play with that. I figured I was stuck with the height without the mesh. Question about adjusting the trucks... I'm thinking I'd have to clone the trucks and dedicate them to the particular car?

    Searching for 3ft Shorty

Well, That didn't work out as planned. These are standard gauge so it's not as simple as plugging in NG trucks. Due to the height difference, most NG trucks leave a wide gap between the bolster and the car, while pushing the wheels into to tracks. These are Ben Dorsey's cars. HIS 3ft trucks work...

Perfect John! Thanks... Now I just need to marry them to a set of 3ft trucks...Hopefully Archbar! '][/URL]

    Searching for 3ft Shorty

Thanks, yeah... I'm still in contact with Rich and use most of his stuff. He still has the same interest in that type of railroading but has moved on to "hands-on" modeling. It's amazing how Trainz has transformed since those days. That type of rr'ing with todays technology would be the prefect...
