Can not be too hard to make your own rusty items. Just replace all the original color textures with rusty textures. Windows are not to be done. If you look at the picture above, all the rusty work is done with just one texture. Easy job.

Possible solution: Rename (all) the the sounds you don't want to hear. Do a file search with TotalCommander (my most favorite proggie) or another files program. For me that is: G:\trs19\resources\builtin\base\content\kuid 570470 100003\sounds\cars\horn0.wav...

Open an asset with smoke and look in there how to do it. You have to make attachment points, everywhere you want smoke. "PEV-attachmentpointmaker" will help you.
