I am making a layout based on the Chicago Loop and am having trouble finding suitable rolling stock, short wheel base emu's, to approximate to CTA stock. Any suggaestions on the DLS please ?

In TS2009 I have an oil refinery and a coal mine but consists do not load and unload fuel. Is there a specific fuel tanker that I need to download?:confused: :confused: :confused: I have tried the installed oil tankers to no avail.
