I'm looking for a good family of 3rd rail track that looks good under the MN P32(random letters here) for a route I'm making. It needs to have a double track version, single track, and no 3rd rail spline (for crossovers.) Any leads?

Hey guys, I have a new(er) route in the works and it has a lot of AI traffic going on it. One problem I have is the speed limit. the max speed limit is 125mph and the train, on a full clear green, will only go 30mph. in the 60mph zone it goes 8mph. Any guess on how to fix this?
