My honest opinion, liquid/water cooling methods are unnecessary for most. Maybe if you have tried a really good Noctua air cooling solution and found it not sufficient and had to go the route of a custom liquid cooler with overflow, bypass, massive radiator(s) and sump.

Must be the second page that is hosting is the nuisance. I see it showing "This site does not have a certificate." when attempting to download that item. On the Edge browser, I clicked "Send anyway" and it will allow to download.

Not very old, 12th gen i5 (12400F) with a Samsung 980 Pro NVme M.2 1TB SSD. The old part is the GTX 1080 video card. But, that card still works more than fine for everything I make it run.

Well, I had to try it, see if anything improved or is different. Set it to min and max 96GB since I have 32GB. Seems like nothing is changed. I will leave it for a while and see if anything else is better.

I have not adjusted this on mine. It is set to automatically manage paging file size for all drives. I figured that it doesn't need to change in mine since it is working as is.

Well, 3 times 64 would be 192, so 192GB sized page file if you are going to follow that rule.
