If I make a mistake in Surveyer2, how do I UNDO the entry?

Hello, I wonder if someone can help me regarding 2010 build numbers. My screen reports Build Number 42203 and I am unable to download SP1 or SP2. Does this mean that my system is already at SP2 status? What is the latest 2010 build number? I would appreciate any advice, thank you. Patrick5173
