Ram and gpu seems to be the most important. The 8 core cpu should be plenty for your needs. my cpu always sits around 25% during game play. The only time my cpu is really hammered is during installing 3rd party add-ons and during a database repaires.

The only way to solve this current issue would be for all problem assets and scripts to be reomved from the download station and 3rd party trainz sites, And be fixed. Thats is not an option. We shouldn't have to pick and choose what we use in our routes to meet a very small vram and system ram...

Honestly SP6 Hotfix 2 should be a rollback to SP5, And kept that way until all these problems are sorted. Call it SP7 and move on.

I have no idea if they have any plans for another hotfix. I am going to assume yes, But that's just my opinion, from all the public testing the hotfix. We can only hope.

I would say it's plenty stable enough if you want to upgrade from SP5 to SP6 Then the hotfix. I don't know your hardware configuration, Not that it matter's.

I agree with everything you just said for pc user's. I suspect the memory management will be fore consoles, And want to keep us all on the same page. I don't believe Pc's should be limited.
