I can't understand it, but the rest of the route doesn't even load and I'll be promted that my train is derailed, seems like the route wont load so the train has no rails to render on perhaps, anyone else had this issue?

I'm trying to renew my gold membership on the planet auran site, and nothing happens everytime I click the 'renew my membership' is there a glitch or is there a genuine problem? I don't get any messages or emails after clicking the button it just reverts back to saying the last time I cancelled...

So when I look in my downloads page where I'm supposed to find TRS19, It's not there, just my other games, so am I being ripped off or is this some kinda glitch? I can access content vault, just can't get trs19.
