OK I recreated a small route from your diagram and included a 4 track yard at each end. (I don't know where the mains lead to).
I eliminated all the track marks as I started as you diagramed and trains would get stuck on one end or the other and I manually had to keep adding IT PATH requests...
Have you updated the new MC manager?
I personally wouldn't use navigate via since it will try to find a open path to go around a blocked one and then I assuming it try s to back up to the trackmark?
To simplify what your doing the MC path should end at west and east in TM or just basically use...

Ya mine went into a EDBR too and I already fixed all the problems with the last update... The 26871 I believe is the asset folders scanned kindda funny I only have 84k of assets downloaded on my system so I am assuming it scans all the on the DLS folders too?
Thank you so much on this idea., first of all I use RTXT pbr track from Jointed Rail so automatically when installing its modified by default...
Anyways I tried it by adding all track and associated assets since it is a pbr track and reinstalled and it works so far...

Well 12 hrs plus now install patch, several hour EDBR, fix missing assets, wait 45 min to open the route menu and track still showing incompatible spline and I seen a couple of textures (AURAN PBR built-ins) unknown file location so I attempted delete missing assets and of course game froze up...
Lets see I have brought up several routes from tane into ts22 and also decided to create a new one in ts22 and basically I always focused over the years on using the same assets basically as far as textures, road, track etc... and the biggest issues I came across was a process of elimination...
