A lot of stuff i've downloaded have unknown kuid files. does anyone know how I can take care of that?

I recently re-installed trainz 2012, but I can't download anything, because my serial number has apparently already been used. I'm assuming that I can't use the serial number more than once?

When I first downloaded trainz (09), I soon found out that there are quite a few built-in cdp files that are not visible in the surveyor lists. They do appear in the content menu, though. Does anyone know how I can fix that?

I recently started making a Route, and I know how to construct a passenger line. Although, I'm not very familiar with ways to make a freight route. Does anyone have some good starter tips?

Sometimes, when I download a large cdp in content manager, the blue download bar will fill all the way up, but then it will just stop there and not finish. Also, the bits per second will go down to zero.
