Hi I am new to the trainz community and I have a problem with TangyTrainz,s models, their faces won't save when I exit the surveyor and go to the driver session can someone help me? Btw the faces are on the submesh section of the edit engine in the surveyor and these are the TTTE models

I saw a lot of people with the same problem as me and they said that when they contacted SI3D they got no response

They are marked as "Unknown Asset" btw i am New in trainz and i dont know what "MIA" and "S&C" means I am glad that i found most of the kuids, do tou know why the route has missing ground Textures maybe is onde of the kuids?.
