If you don't want to delete them from content manager outright, you could use the bulk replace tool, select any other random scenery asset to replace them with, and then set the slider for randomly deleting scenery objects to 100%, and then apply

The large cliffs are a combination of several splines that are available on the DLS. If you search "Ziut FW Cliff" you will find them. They are easily the best cliff assets available and I cannot recommend them enough. The smaller rock piles are my own reskins of a set of splines that I believe...
