The large cliffs are a combination of several splines that are available on the DLS. If you search "Ziut FW Cliff" you will find them. They are easily the best cliff assets available and I cannot recommend them enough. The smaller rock piles are my own reskins of a set of splines that I believe...

It doesn't sound like OP is dealing with a faulty dependency to me. If his ARN library were faulty, he wouldn't be able to spawn affected locomotives/rolling stock for him to see that, in his words, "the renumbering feature is unavailable (In which the assigned number is only option)".
