I checked the wagons' commodity dependencies and they were correct, so I ran an EDBR and that made no difference at all. For whatever reason it's not working as the Hyde Pulp Mill used to operate in TS12. Time to call in the demolition team and put something else in its place.

I was doing some shunting this evening and took particular note of the exhaust beats at around 6 mph. They are a bit on the fast side and need some fine tuning as you say. I wasn't driving a Terrier, but the loco was close enough in wheel diameter, size and weight & etc for it not to matter.
