All of a sudden I find a lot of auran builtins are checked with a little red square in content manager. All of blue_star_ind are marked, and a few others, some of which was on my layout and working fine. Now missing intersections, drivers and various other things...strange thing is i installed...

Have oil refinery set up and crude oil will fill up, but won't make diesel fuel. It just sets at 16 minutes till full and its at 0. Even set the unload train to wait for 1/2 hour, but still doesn't move...and suggestions. Thank you.
