i just loaded 2010 engineers edition. there is no track, engines, or buildings. im confused! am i doing something wrong? i thought there were preloaded routes too. any help?

i recently downloaded ts2009 and there was no area to use product keys to register. downloaded correct and when i launch, does nothing. tried to uninstall and reinstall, but nothing. game does nothing. what am i doing wrong? HELP!!!!!!:'(
