How do I begin to learn how to create locomotives and rolling stock for Trainz? Thank you.

We purchase and installed Black Forest. Runs fine. Intro to Steam was deleted by that operation. All scenes/runs with steam loco crash app when attempting to run. Trying to access Intro to Steam again prompts for purchase of something we already own.
