I had a problem like that way back in TANE. Details are hazy, but I'm sure I cloned a track and gave it the KUID of the missing track, called it MissingTrack, and then drag/dropped it back into CM. This way, once you re-entered the route, the white lines are gone (replaced by the other track)...
I ran across something similar to that. Turned out I hadn't extended the LEFT side of the margin square far enough, and the program truncated the build.

Your download speed will increase dramatically once you purchase an FCT. My current download speed is around 12.5 MEGAbytes per second. But then, I also have a gigabit fiber optic Internet.

While you are at it, since you want an "abandoned" look, you might try adding rust, dirt, and other weathering to the "skin" files (JPG, BMP, TGA, whatever).

There used to be a thing on the DLS that you could use to measure track distance. I do not remember the name, though. Perhaps someone will jump in here and help. A Custom query of the DLS might work as well.

I was in the Naval Security Group for 20 years, from 1961 to 1980. We were so security-conscious we squeaked. Most of my career (except for 5 tours in Vietnam) was spent behind cipher-locked and guarded doors. Looking for breaches was a way of life for me.

You may be right about the security angle. I can envision train riders looking in vain for the "secret button" that will pop the couplers open. :ROFLMAO:

Yes. It was. Quite dramatic, in fact. I was reminded of "Unstoppable" and their efforts to get the runaway train stopped. They had a whole line of derailers set up and it blew through every one of them.
It's a shame that the FBI series is being cancelled.
