Last time I reinstalled it Removed alot of Content i Downloaded from Other Sites, I Have lots of Thomas Things, which can't be easily brought back

I've done that before, it does nothing, I leave the game, wait a while, and when I rejoin the numbers are still broken, even if the game's set to Max compatability is there anything else I need to do to restart it?

How exactly do I do a hard restart?
