    I've requested help from the help desk a number of times. Received Trainz EE 2010 as a gift. The serial # on the manual doesn't activate the game - looks like there may be a digit missing at the end. Suggestions in getting a response from Auran or in activating the game? Would really love to...

    Serial number won't activate game.

    I received Trainz 2010 EE for Christmas. Finally got around to loading it and the serial number won't activate the game. It looks like the last letter/number is missing. Any ideas in how to get a working serial number???
