Is there a manual available or is just online help file only?

I purchased TMR 17 but when playing there's no sound so uninstalled and did a reinstall but still no sound. I checked settings and no issue, plus no issue with my computer sound as all ok. Still no sounds.

I just downloaded the beta version unzipped the file but setup fails to run. Does anyone have any ideas why this is?
